Also, I am enjoying watching God’s magnificent creation unfold.

This is the hen (mallard) and her nest. She has chosen our flower bed to nest. There should be ducklings hatching sometime in the next 2 weeks.

And last but not least. Some Titus pictures..

Does he have a better future as an air traffic controller or a paddington bear look-a-like???

Heavens Grocery Store
As I was walking down life’s
highway many years ago
I came upon a sign that read
Heavens Grocery Store.

When I got a little closer the
doors swung open wide
And when I came to myself I was
standing inside.

I saw a host of angels. They
were standing everywhere
One handed me a basket and said
“My child shop with care.”

Everything a human needed
was in that grocery store
And what you could not carry
you could come back for more.

First I got some Patience.
Love was in that same row.
Further down was Understanding,
you need that everywhere you go.

I got a box or two of Wisdom
and Faith a bag or two.
And Charity of course
I would need some of that too.

I couldn’t miss the Holy Ghost
It was all over the place.
And then some Strength and
Courage to help me run this race.
My basket was getting full
I remembered I needed Grace,

And then I chose Salvation for
Salvation was for free
I tried to get enough of that
to do for you and me.

Then I started to the counter
to pay my grocery bill,
For I thought I had everything
to do the Masters will.

As I went up the aisle I saw
Prayer and put that in,
For I knew when I stepped out
side I would run into sin

Peace and Joy were plentiful
the last things on the shelf.
Song and Praise were hanging
near so I just helped myself.

Then I said to the angel “Now
how much do I owe?”
He smiled and said “Just take
them everywhere you go.”

Again I asked “Really now, How
much do I owe?”
“My child ” he said, “God paid
your bill a long time ago.”

DEAR READER-

This is where I am at today, in need of the things listed here, in need of God’s grace so very dear. It’s hard to explain without many details, but to overcome the battle I am in, it is only God’s grace that can pull me through. I have a long road ahead to travel, emotions all to sort through, when rejoicing is in order, sorrow is all that shines through. So hold this poem close to your heart read and reread it as needed, it is so very true for us as christians and our lives, the things listed are things daily needed. And please pray that I may remember, “A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.” Proverbs 16:9 “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Cor. 12:9a

Cousins Joey and Andrew. These would be my 2nd and 3rd cousins on my Dad’s side of the family, we rarely get to see them because they live in Pittsburg, so this was a wonderful Easter visit. *Sorry Little Joey I didn’t get a picture of you with Titus.

The Hershey Cousins- David and Lucas, Yeah for cute little boys.

Titus 022a

I didn’t get any pictures of Titus with the Ebersole cousins but I did get one of him with “cousin” Lily (Rosie’s Dog) and Grandma and Grandpa Ebersole. He just loved her and wasn’t terribly rough in the “petting” process.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to you, O LORD, my rock and my redeemer. PSALM 19:14

Setting The Record Straight

According to this silly thing of a quiz… I don’t have a Lancaster accent and my Philly one is a bit rusty….

SO with that said what type of accent do I truly have? If you ask me, I say a LISA accent, if you take this quiz result at face value it’s an Inland North Accent…So if anyone can tell me where about’s Inland North area is that would be great and I might consider moving there. If not then to set the record straight IT’S SODA NOT POP!!!!
