This is where dreams begin…

Our second born (as most would know) has an incredible knack for spotting and hearing planes, he has also memorized an airplane learning book I picked up for a dollar somewhere, which is probably meant for a 3rd or 4th grader.

He loves planes, helicopters, and anything that flies. So we decided to share in his love of planes and learn with him. We headed down to Missions Fest Lancaster, at the Smoketown Airport.

The boys got a treat (in my eyes anyway)! It so happened that the plane we picked for the boys to climb in and see, was manned by none-other than Steve Saint and his wife. While Steve was lovingly talking with Jairus and explaining the controls (on his level), I was enjoying talking with his wife. I feel incredibly humbled and blessed to have taken this oppertunity for our boys. We went back later and his wife took a photo for us, we just wanted the children in the picture, but he suggested our whole family be in it. I am excited about it!

The kids also enjoyed some kid friendly activities…

They also thoroughly enjoyed watching some flying demonstrations….

It was a fun, blessing filled day!

TAKE TIME TO THANK GOD FOR THE LITTLE THINGS THIS WEEK!
